Lise de la Salle, piano

When Lise de la Salle was 16, she catapulted to international attention when Gramophone Magazine recognized both of her albums with “Best of the Month” awards. Winner of the 2004 Young Concert Artists International Auditions in New York, Lise was also named one of the “major pianists under the age of 30” by BBC Radio. Her performance of works by Liszt, Beethoven, Ligeti, and Brahms will validate why Pioneer Press says, “She might just be the most exciting young artist in classical music right now.”
