Audiovisual: Equipment includes state-of-the-art audiovisual, including four wired microphones for panel discussions and a lectern housing pen-based computer annotation via a Smart Technologies Sympodium device. The stage is specifically designed to showcase vehicles, and the audio system is capable of creating an auto-show environment.

To rent

CU-ICAR campus amenities are rented through the CU-ICAR Partnership Office. Anyone interested must fill out a CU-ICAR Special Events Form (pdf). This is a request only. Requests for reservations are not considered final until the requestor has received a written confirmation from the CU-ICAR Partnership Office. 

All rentals must abide by the CU-ICAR Campus Rules and Regulations (pdf) as well as the Clemson University Facility Use Policy (pdf).
