The Charles H. Houston Center, Office of Student Transition and Family Programs, Harvey and Lucinda Gantt Multicultural Center, and the Office of College Preparation and Outreach are committed to addressing critical educational issues and enhancing the campus environment through academic preparation, experiential learning, intercultural competence, leadership, and research. The offices have teamed-up to create a program that cultivates student engagement through research and exploration of graduate education.
Pathways to Graduate Education (PGE) is a program to engage underrepresented undergraduate students in robust research and exploration of graduate education opportunities. Through a multi-semester Creative Inquiry, students in the program will understand the graduate education process while participating in the development and implementation of a research project.
