News and Events at the Madren Center and Our Clemson SC Hotel
Check out our fully renovated guest rooms! The James F. Martin Inn completed extensive construction on all 89 guest rooms. The project began in January and concluded in August. The new guest rooms include walk-in showers and all new cabinetry, flooring, furniture, bedding, window treatments, and appliances. Plus the artwork in the rooms provides a Clemson "vibe." To see our new look, go to the Accommodations page or our photo gallery page.
The Walker Course was closed for eight weeks during the summer of 2015 to resurface the greens and perform some much needed improvements to the course infrastructure. Some of the improvements made: rebuilt/enlarged/leveled several tees, replaced cart bridges on holes 6 & 9, replaced retaining walls, improved drainage in several areas in the fairways, repaired several bunkers, upgraded irrigation systems and repaired cart paths.
For more information on the work performed please see the August edition of our newsletter
To see the work that was done on the course check out our photo album.
