Fill out the form below with at least one name and contact person. Attendees will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Call or consult schedule for available events. No registration is considered firm without confirmation. Payment and detailed travel information will be emailed to you after your form is received.

| Cancellation Policy: |
If it becomes necessary to cancel more than 30 days before the event, payment will be refunded. If the participant cancels within 30 days payment will be forfeited.

| Rescheduling Policy: |
If it becomes necessary for the participant to reschedule more then 30 days prior to the course there is no charge. If the participant reschedules less than 30 days prior to the course a $150 fee will be charged.

| Clemson and Pendleton Area Hotels |
A complete list of recommended Clemson area hotels will be sent via email with your confirmation along with any discount codes or group blocks that might be available to you. NOTE: The James Martin Inn at the Madren center is the on-campus hotel and includes a golf resort. However, it requires a car as it is not an easy walking distantce from the main campus and is not on the Clemson transit bus line.
