Audit and Needs Assessment

An audit is a cost-effective way to have an unbiased third-party assess your production and offer new ideas to streamline your process. Audits can serve as a good "checkup" of your entire workflow and range from a complete in-plant review to specific departmental evaluations depending on your needs and goals.

General Topics May Include:

  • Poor or missing procedures
  • Workflow inefficiencies
  • Poor communication between areas/departments
  • General needs assessment of overall process and workflow
  • Quality Control: Improving print quality, color accuracy, and/or consistency

A thorough audit will be done on-site depending on the need and complexity of the issues. In-plant audits can be negotiated as part of an overall training/consulting program. Simple audits can be conducted via phone interview or conference call if an in-plant audit is not possible or necessary.
