Often after the initial application of training, retention can diminish over just a few months, allowing bad habits to return. Also employee turnover can reduce efficiency. A periodic "training maintenance" or "reinforcement" program can ensure your initial training investment is maximized over the long term.
As part of long term training success, we STRONGLY SUGGEST including follow-up "reinforcement" as part of your training package. This will ensure newly learned skills stay sharp, workflow procedures are followed and best practice are preserved. Likewise, such maintenance provides new hires with a chance to get up-to-speed with co-workers.
As skill levels increase so can the follow-up training. We offer both introductory and advanced skills training in flexography and color management both on-site and locally on our Clemson University campus.
