  Intro to Corrugated Workshop: Basic Flexo Elements and Rotary Die Cutting
Overview:  This course offers practical, hands-on training tailored to companies with multi-color flexo rotary die cutters. The course moves participants away from the mentality that brown box equipment is not good enough for quality graphics. The equipment at Clemson is geared for brown box learning (quick changeovers, press ready ink, least number of steps to set up the machine), but the course also practices pushing the capabilities of two or three-color equipment.   Advanced Corrugated Workshop: Process Printing and Display Quality Graphics
Overview:  This class is geared for individuals in the corrugated industry desiring extensive hands-on training in high-end graphics. Each day participants will make-ready different jobs with specific training elements built into each print job. Individuals will practice concepts to maximize print quality and productivity with the least number of steps. Participants will leave the class with a strong understanding of the fundamentals of flexographic print and be able to troubleshoot a variety of print related issues upon return to their respective facility.   Fundamentals of Quality Print on Corrugated Symposium
Overview:  This 2 1/2 day symposium provides participants with an in-depth overview of the elements of the printing system, examining board liners, anilox rolls, doctor blades, inks and plate systems to demonstrate how they are integrated together to produce enhanced graphics, from clean solids and line work to halftones and process color. The symposium features a number of interactive breakout sessions and a troubleshooting workshop to identify press issues and corrective action. Participants will develop a thorough understanding of controlling the combinations of anilox rolls, inks, plates and pre-press possibilities to best suit their needs. More information...

Training is structured to improve the skills and competencies of your employees through process understanding in their native production environment.
