One of the signature aspects of Clemson’s MBA program is the involvement of teams of students in real-world, new business development projects with companies and organizations in the Upstate South Carolina region.
During the 2007-08 academic year, MBA student teams met with clients at the Renaissance Center to launch and review more than 16 new business development projects.
The projects, many of which result from ongoing collaborations with the South Carolina Research Authority (SC Launch), the S.C. Export Consortium and the Clemson University Research Foundation, are confidential engagements with inventors, entrepreneurs and growth ventures.
