Didn’t get all the classes you need for fall? Using the Request Log
If there is a course that you are required to take for your major that is full (not a general education requirement), you should place yourself on the request log. It will take time for the departments to work the request logs as they determine if additional sections are needed. Departments may not be able to resolve the request logs before the end of the semester, so please be patient.
Note from ECE Department about online offerings
In Fall 2012, ECE is offering online ECE 201 (section #400) and ECE 202 (section #400) which are restricted to distance education students only. These sections are NOT OPEN for students who attend classes on campus in the fall whether you live on or off campus, but are strictly for distance education students.
Thinking about summer school at home? Want to see which courses at other colleges will transfer to Clemson?
Visit Clemson’s online Transfer Credit Equivalency List (TCEL): www.clemson.edu/tcel. This site shows those courses that have been pre-approved to transfer into Clemson. University policy dictates that only 100 – 200 level courses will be approved to be taken at another institution.
If you have a class you want to take elsewhere this summer, complete the following steps:
Please note: You will have to apply to that school as a summer school or transient student and follow their procedures for enrolling in the course you want to take. You must earn a C or better in any transfer classes to earn credit at Clemson.
Taking summer classes to meet LIFE or Palmetto Fellowship requirements?
