Dr. Hoke Hill, Jr. is the interim associate dean for international studies in the College of Engineering and Science. Dr. Hill is a professor of applied statistics, and holds a Ph.D. in Management Science from Clemson. He brings a wealth of administrative experience from his tenure as the department chair for applied economics and statistics. He has traveled extensively, including being a member of the first American Statistical Association professional delegation to visit China in 2010. Hill has helped develop and lead a study abroad program to Dijon, France and served twice as the faculty advisor for the CES study abroad in Trier, Germany.
Reporting to the Engineering and Science dean, the associate dean for international studies chairs the college's International Programs Advisory Committee, oversees the various exchange programs, develops new exchange opportunities and agreements, facilitates summer study abroad programs, and coordinates the Engineering Program for International Careers, or EPIC.
