Wet Grind Tire Processing System

First stage processing is the same as ambient
Water is added to form a water/rubber slurry
Super fine particles down to 80 - 500 mesh are produced
     by passing the slurry through closely spaced grinding      stones
Water used to reduce loss of rubber “dust”, move material
     through the system and to keep the particles from
     overheating
   
Scrap tires are collected
and fed into a primary shredder,

then fed into a secondary shredder.
Steel and non-reclaimed rubber particles are removed.

Water is added to form a water/rubber slurry, which is ground to produce 80 - 500 mesh particles.
Crumb rubber particles are bagged by particle size and stored in sacks.

Crumb Rubber Particles from Wet Grind Processes are used in tires, molded and extruded goods, spray insulation, any product that requires an ultra fine grind rubber 80 mesh or smaller.
