The Radioactive Milky Way

Roland Diehl is a Co-Investigator on the Compton Telescope (COMPTEL) on NASA's Compton Gamma Ray Observatory. He works at the Max Planck Institute in Munich, home of the COMPTEL instrument and team. He has been responsible for the data analysis related to radioactive 26Al in the Galaxy, and for the COMPTEL maps of the distribution of it.
