Welcome to the Cell Culture and Fermentation Optimization Laboratory!
The Cell Culture and Fermentation Optimization Lab, part of the Department of Bioengineering, is housed in the Biosystems Research Complex. Our lab is dedicated to studying various cell culture and fermentation techniques. Under the guidance of Dr. Sarah W. Harcum, our broad goal is to understand how various factors affect the productivity and, ultimately, the success of the many different forms of cell cultures.
