Research Areas

Human factors, sociotechnical systems, and macroergonomics in the domain of healthcare. Specifically interested in understanding how healthcare providers prioritize and adapt their tasks, anticipate, problem-solve, manage, and recover from work systems that do not support their cognitive work needs.
