Continuing a tradition of many years, the Clemson mini-Conference will be held Thursday afternoon and all day Friday, with support from NSA. It consists of about a dozen 40-minute talks from invited speakers talking on any topic they like. About 100 people attend, mostly from the Southeast, but a few come from just about anywhere, including Canada, Europe and even South Africa. This year the speakers are:

Participation
Registration starts at 1pm on Thursday, with the first talk at 1:30pm. Friday talks are from 9am to 5pm

The conference is low key, low expense. There is no registration fee, and refreshments are provided free-of-charge. This permits many graduate students to attend. Lodging is available at the Comfort Inn (864-653-3600) at a rate of $64.00 plus tax or you may choose to stay at one of the other hotels in the area. Greenville-Spartanburg airport is about 50 minutes from Clemson.  You can make arrangements with the Airport Shuttle (1-800-669-6463) for your transportation needs. (24 hour notice required).  For those intending to drive to the conference, a guest parking permit can be issued to anyone that requests one.
