Graduate Studies Overview

The College of Engineering and Science Graduate Program consists of 15 different departments that offer a variety of Masters of Science (MS), Masters of Engineering (MEngr), and Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) degrees that serve primarily full-time graduate students along with a number of online and certificate programs. CoES’s vigorous research program provides excellent thesis and dissertation research opportunities.

The program has some of the most sophisticated research centers, laboratories and instrumentation in the Southeast thanks to more than $65.4 million annually that comes into CoES as competitively sponsored research grants. To help make this journey a reality, financial aid is available in the form of full and partial fellowship and teaching and research assistantships.
