Billing Information

• Student bills for tuition and fees are available online approximately one month prior to the payment deadline.  Log  in to the TigerWeb using the student’s CU Userid and password or the student’s CUID Number and PIN (last 4 digits of the student’s social security number).  The online bill reflects the student’s current registration and billing information.  Because the bill is real-time, students can verify that all fees are satisfied before the payment deadlines.

• If you cannot access your bill online, please call 864-656-5592.

• If your fees change for any reason after your initial payment is made (i.e. housing adjustment, meal plan addition, change in schedule, etc.), it is the student’s responsibility to ensure prompt payment of the balance is made.   Log in to the TigerWeb to view your current charges and payment status.

• Tuition and fees must be paid in advance to avoid a late registration fee and cancellation of the student’s schedule.

• A late registration fee of $75 is charged for paying and/or registering after the published dates for Fall and Spring semesters.  A $50 late registration fee is charged for paying and/or registering after the published dates for Summer sessions.  Please refer to payment deadlines.  The late registration fee is non-refundable.

• If your schedule is cancelled for non-payment, you will need to rebuild an appropriate schedule and pay your fees.  Unfortunately, it is very difficult for the student to recreate his/her original schedule after it has been cancelled.

• Graduate Assistants using payroll deduction to pay fees must submit a signed Graduate Assistant Note each semester.  This option is only available to Graduate Assistants during the Fall and Spring semesters.  Print out the graduate assistant note and return it to G-08 Sikes Hall before the payment deadline.
