Mission
The Resource Efficiency and Process Improvement Team supports the mission and vision of Clemson University and the Office of the Chief Financial Officer by providing Lean solutions that better serve our students, employees, and community while delivering measureable cost savings. The Resource Management and Process Improvement Team will train and engage the expertise of all functional areas within the University to maximize value added activities and minimize costs.
Vision
The Resource Efficiency and Process Improvement Team will be a service-oriented team recognized as a self-sustaining enterprise known for consistently delivering solutions that better utilize resources while maximizing student’s value. The Team will identify opportunities and expeditiously provide sustainable process improvements and measureable results.
