Students must meet enrollment requirements, and:
- Students must be enrolled full time in at least 12 credit hours undergraduate, graduate and 9 credit hours as a Graduate Assistant to receive refunds the first day of classes.
- Subsequent refunds will be processed every Friday, the week after classes begin.
If you do not sign up for Direct Deposit:
- Refunds in the form of a paper check are mailed to the home address on the 1st day of class.
- Subsequent refunds will be mailed to the home address every Friday the week after classes begin.
Please Remember:
- Any changes to your schedule and/or financial aid after you receive a refund may create a debt. All such debts are subject to collection and must be repaid immediately.
- If you have a need to request a stop payment and re-issue of your refund check for any reason, please access this Stop Payment Request form.
- Your home address is considered your permanent address. The University uses this address to mail information regarding updates and reminders.
- Refunds greater than $50 are refunded by direct deposit or check. Any amount less than $50 will be deposited into your Tiger Stripe account.
- Any indebtedness to Clemson University will be deducted from your refund before it is sent out.
