Boyd Joseph “B.J.” Todd ’44

Summer 2007

Agricultural economics alumnus B.J. Todd of Clemson, an emeritus professor of management, not only attended Clemson, he also taught here for 30 years.

During his career, he influenced many students in both their personal and professional lives. And even after his retirement in 1983, his positive impact has continued with former students like *Charles F. “Chuck” Paterno ’79, M ’83, president of Wildreth & Associates in Chapel Hill, N.C.

Paterno and his wife, Jackie, recently initiated funding for the Boyd Joseph “B.J.” Todd Endowment Fund in honor of his former professor. The endowment, supported by other former students and associates, will provide scholarships for juniors and seniors majoring in management and industrial management in the College of Business and Behavioral Science.

To learn more about the endowment or how you can honor Todd, go to www.clemson.edu/alumni/giving or call Connie Sexton at (864) 656-5047.
