Dr. John Kelly, Vice President for Public Service and Agriculture (PSA), Clemson University
Dr. Kelly is responsible for all research and extension activities at Clemson University. One of five major goals for PSA is Environmental Conservation, which is vitally important for the quality of life and for future economic development. As a senior-level administrator, Dr. Kelly he is supportive of the opportunities brought about by Clemson's presence in Dominica.
Dr. Merle Shepard, Director of Coastal Research and Education Center, Clemson University
Dr. Shepard has lived and worked over eight (8) years in tropical environments and has been active in international activities for many years. As the interim director for ATREC, he brings a wealth of experience and passion for study and research in a tropical environment. Dr. Shepard is responsible for the management and direction of ATREC.
Nancy Osler, Research and Education Coordinator
Ms. Nancy Osler is Research and Education Coordinator for the Archbold Tropical Research and Education Center on Dominica. Nancy has spent over 10 years living and working on Dominica. She has a Master of Science Degree from the University of Trent in Canada. She handles day operations related to research and teaching/training programs carried out at Springfield.
Ms. Mona George-Dill, Manager, Springfield Center for Environmental Protection Research and Education (SCEPTRE)
Ms. George-Dill is a lady Dominican and has been active with local conservation groups for many years. She handles the day-to-day operations of Springfield, including bookings for transportation, food and lodging.
