Good
Students Stay Healthy and Well-Rested
College is an exciting time in a young
persons life. You will undoubtedly meet new
friends and experience new activities, both of which
will make demands on your time and energy.
With the
newfound freedom to pick and choose your lifestyle
also comes a personal responsibility to maintain your
health. It is impossible to be a good student if you
are constantly exhausted, whether its from
studying or socializing. Even one day of being too
sick to attend classes can set you behind. Also, the
less sleep you get, the harder it is to maintain your
alertness in class, which means that you fail to
gather information necessary for your academic
success.
