Evaluation of Student
The Cooperative Education Program tracks student progress throughout the co-op experience. One very important piece of this is the evaluation of the student that employers submit at the end of each rotation. We ask employers to use this online form to complete the evaluation. Thank you for participating in the program and providing students with academic-engaged work experience.
