ICHEC India Housing Project Summer 2010
The
ICHEC India Housing project is an international service learning
project in that involves studying Indian culture, participating in an
international team of students, fund raising, working with Indian
villagers to build houses and traveling to Brussels and around India. Application Deadline: Early November 2009 (date TBA).
The Duckenfield Scholars Program - Summer 2010
This program provides the opportunity for one member of the Calhoun
Honors College to study at St. Peter’s College at the University of
Oxford during the summer of 2010. Application is open to currently
enrolled Calhoun Honors College students who have been at Clemson for
at least two years. Priority is given to those who have at least one
year remaining before graduation. Application (pdf) deadline is is in late November (date TBA). Applicants selected as finalists will be called for interviews before the end of the semester.
Educational Enrichment Awards
Applications
will be considered starting December 1, 2009. The final deadline for

Honors Contracts
The deadline for students writing honors contracts for the spring 2010 semester in Friday, December 4 at 4:30 p.m.
Honors Awards Ceremony
Students graduating in December 2009 who have completed the
requirements for both General and Departmental Honors will be honored
at an awards ceremony on Wednesday, December 16 at 4:00 p.m. (place TBA)
Departmental Honors Research Grants
Grants for the spring 2010 semester are due in 105 Tillman Hall by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, January 15, 2010.

Deadline to complete honors candidacy form is Wednesday, January 27, 2010.
Honors Awards Ceremony
Students
graduating in May 2010 who have completed the requirements for
both General and Departmental Honors will be honored at an awards
ceremony on Thursday, May 6 at 4:00 p.m. in the Brooks Center Theatre.
Graduating Seniors for Summer 2010
Deadline to complete honors candidacy form is Monday, June 7, 2010.
Dixon Fellows Applications
The Dixon Fellows Program will be accepting applications from
freshmen, sophomores and juniors for the 2010-2011 academic year.
(Continuing Dixon Fellows do not need re-apply) Applications are due to
the Honors College office no later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday, August 23,
