Cultural Enrichment

The Honors College enhances the cultural lives of its members by providing opportunities to visit area art galleries and museums and to attend a variety of dramatic and musical performances.

Honors Lecture Series

The Honors College sponsors an annual lecture series consisting of two major events, the Fall Honors Convocation and the President’s Honors Colloquium. These scholarly exchanges feature nationally and internationally renowned speakers who, in addition to giving a major public lecture, visit classes and interact in informal settings with honors students.

Honors Research

Honors students may apply for funds to support their Departmental Honors research. These competitive grants may be used for such needs as equipment, supplies or travel to research facilities. Honors students have the opportunity to participate in a yearly Research Forum.

Summer Enrichment Program

These competitive awards help provide life-changing educational experiences outside the classroom and away from the Clemson campus. These experiences may be internships, foreign study, public service projects or other significant undertakings consistent with the student’s educational, career and/or personal goals.

Study Abroad Opportunities

Honors students have the opportunity to study abroad in Brussels, Belgium during the summer. Additional study abroad opportunities are in the development stage.
