The South Carolina Jr. Beef Roundup
is held the first weekend of August each year
at Clemson University’s T. Ed Garrison Livestock Arena near
Clemson, SC. Clemson University's Cooperative
Extension Service organizes and coordinates this weekend of Jr. beef
cattle activities for active 4-H and FFA members and their
families' participation and enjoyment.
Besides the great
camaraderie, their are many opportunities for jr. cattlemen to win college
scholarships, savings bonds. livestock supplies and show equipment.
Everyone can participate in some event.
