Human Resources

Q:

I am an hourly graduate student employee, how will this impact me?

A:

Beginning June 2013, Clemson University will transition from a bi-weekly pay cycle to a semi-monthly pay cycle.   Although this transition will not start until mid-June, we want to give you advance notice to plan for the change.  The transition will be fully completed by July 15th.

As of July 15, 2013, instead of being paid every other Friday, pay will occur on the 15th and the last day of the month (or the Friday prior to those dates if they fall on a weekend).

As a Graduate Student, you may have more than one record and may be on different pay cycles.  As such, you may receive multiple variations of this message.  This message in particular is in regards to your pay as a:

  • 12 month Graduate Hourly student employee
