How do I change my mailing address for HR records?



A:

You can change your mailing address by accessing the HR Self Service System at HR Self Service Log in Page.  At the log in page, enter your Clemson user ID, which is the first part of your email address before the @, and then enter your password.  Once you log in, click on the “Mailing Address” link under the “Personal Information” category.  Click the “Edit” button next to the address listed and then enter your new address in the appropriate fields.  Review your information to make sure that it is correct and then click “Save” to complete the transaction.

Please note that the mailing address change will only affect your Clemson University Office of Human Resources records.  Depending upon your benefits plan, you will need to contact other agencies and organizations directly in order to change your mailing address with them.  These agencies and organizations include the following:
