According to a new IRS regulation, you have until March 15, 2007 to spend any remaining funds deposited into your Medical Spending Account or your Limited-Use Medical Spending Account from January through December of 2006. However, you must submit all reimbursement requests by March 31, 2007. You also have until March 31, 2007 to submit for reimbursement eligible Dependent Care Spending Account expenses incurred during your period of coverage, January through December 2006. MoneyPlu$ has added a new toll free fax number to submit claims: 1-888-800-5217.

MetLife (previously Travelers) Term Life Insurance Rates

Listed below is a link to term life rates available to you and your spouse through payroll deduction. These rates are very competitive and could be less than you are currently paying for your group insurance or other individual coverage. Some advantages of this program are that the coverage is available up to 30 Times earnings, the coverage is provided by an individual policy which can be kept at the current rate should you leave Clemson University, and the coverage is convertible to a permanent plan without evidence of insurability should you wish to do so in the future. Bert and Blake Campbell from ACI Financial are the representatives for MetLife and are available to assist you. Please call them for information on how to apply for this coverage. Because it is individual coverage it is a fully underwritten plan and the rates may vary according to your health and family history. Please refer to the HR website for MetLife rates (pdf).
