Club Sugar 2008 - type 2 diabetes

Due to low enrollment (17 participants) we are changing Club Sugar’s format and making it a ONE DAY EVENT on JUNE 3, 2008 with a reunion date in November which is Diabetes Month. We hope this change will allow for more participation.

Please review program details at the link below and register by April 25, 2008. If you are already registered you do not need to do anything accept confirm that you will be able to attend on June 3rd, and get a screening if you have not already done so.
