Do you know that our body's response to negative stressful events may ultimately lead to health problems? Barbara Warner, Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing, will lead a series of classes to help individuals identify and change how we manage daily stress. The classes will focus on guided imagery, mindful meditation, and intentional breathing practices. Watch the following video to learn how powerful our thoughts can be.
