Prudential's Long Term Care Open Enrollment: February 16-March 6

Prudential will be providing, from February 16, 2009 through March 6, 2009, an opportunity to purchase long-term care coverage with no evidence of insurability required for all actively-at-work employees. A spouse, parent, parent-in-law, grandparent, grandparent-in-law, siblings, and adult children and their spouses may also enroll during that time, with evidence of insurability. Joseph F. Sullivan Center Offers Mindful Meditation Classes on Stress Management

Do you know that our body's response to negative stressful events may ultimately lead to health problems? Barbara Warner, Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing, will lead a series of classes to help individuals identify and change how we manage daily stress. The classes will focus on guided imagery, mindful meditation, and intentional breathing practices.  Watch the following video to learn how powerful our thoughts can be.
