| OCTOBER | *Begins new calendar year for Alpha Phi ESP *10/1 List of deceased members for current, past, previous or just completed fiscal year due to National Office. *Dues for next fiscal year payable for 90 days *SC Alpha Phi Chapter Annual Meeting at State Fair Awards – Fund raising – Installation of Officers-Workshop *Collect dues at annual meeting. *Send out dues notices to individuals not paying at annual meeting. |
