Ph.D., 1961, University of Illinois. USDA Laboratory Director, retired, Foreign Disease and Weed Science Research Unit in Frederick, MD. Specializing in field and fruit crop diseases, and physiology of plant pathogens.

Current Activities

Major interests are peach diseases and mycology. Act as consultant to the department and assist with grant writing and proposal development, work with graduate students, and seek out awards for faculty and students.
