Clemson University sponsors the Plant-parasitic Nematode Identification Course. As of December 2007, 461 people from over 40 states, and 24 countries have participated in and received certification for this practical course on the identification of common plant-parasitic nematodes. We will be offering two session this year. This session will be June 10-15, 2008 at the Botanical Garden of Montréal, Quebec, CANADA.

Example of a Course Syllabus

This program is part of a continuing effort by Clemson University to provide services designed to update and increase the efficiency of professionals from public and private institutions and independant consultants in the fields of plant pathology and nematology. Accurate nematode identification is important in the management of turfgrass, field and fruit crops and vegetables.
