The 4-H Legislative Day is sponsored by State 4-H Teen Council along with a delegation of 4-H members at large selected by Region. Youth observe the Legislature and Senate in action, meet with their own legislators, senators and the governor.
To become a youth delegate, 4-H members must submit a letter to their county agent including the following information:

Bamberg and Barnwell County delegates must submit letters and application to Shannon Herndon by email to email@example.com. All other counties please submit to Pam Ardern, State 4-H Office, firstname.lastname@example.org. Teen Council will select the delegates.
