Sessions I & 2: Successful gardening for the beginner: Everything you need to know to get started growing a first rate garden.
Sessions 3 & 4: Canning your harvest safely: Learning the current methods for canning fruits and vegetables with boiling water bath canners and pressure canners.
Over $75 worth of supplies provided to each participant including gardening manuals, canning manuals, rain gauge, soil analysis, hand lens, and much more.
Registration fee $60 per person.
