The 2015 State Milk Quality and Products will consist of the following:

  1. Written Exam
  2. Cheese ID
  3. Team Activity: students will be given a scenario and will work together to create a written response
  4. Milk Fat Content
  5. Milk Flavor ID and Evaluation
  6. California Mastitis
