Q: #1. What is the proper procedure to schedule a move?
A: In order to schedule a move, a work order should be submitted to Facilities Dispatch detailing what needs to be moved and where it will be moved to/from. Once the work order has been submitted, contact Adrienne Gerus at 864-656-4229 to schedule the date and time of the move.
Q: #2. What is the proper procedure to rent palms?
A: Our greenhouse rents palms for campus events at a charge of 15 dollars per palm plus the cost of delivery and pickup. To rent, simply contact Facilities Dispatch to submit a work order detailing how many palms are needed, where and when they should be delivered, and when they can be picked up.
Q: #3. What is the proper procedure to obtain a signature for an event registration?
A: The Director of Landscape Services must sign off on any event registration that requires landscape surface. Signatures for the event registrations may be obtained in person at the Landscape Services shop, or registrations may be faxed to 864-656-7017. For faxed registrations, be sure to include a detailed description of the event location and a return fax number.

Q: #6. How can I obtain a solid waste tracking form for the Pendleton Transfer Station?
A: Solid waste tracking forms are faxed to University employees at their request. To have a form faxed, simply call 864-656-1614. Please be aware that each department, club, or event will be charged if overages occur at the Pendleton Transfer Station.
