Q: #1. Who do I contact to report a complaint?

A: Each Custodial Supervisor has an email address that is checked daily. If you have a custodial related complaint or problem you can contact them at their email address. Remember to include your name, department, building and room number along with the complaint. Or fill out the form on this website or one of the customer surveys that is issued throughout each building.

Q: #2. Who do I contact to report a compliment?

A: If you would like to commend one of the custodians on a job well done you can email their supervisors at their email address. Remember to include your name, department, building and room number along with the compliment. Or fill out the form or complete one of the customer surveys that are issued throughout each building.

Q: #3. Who cleans the mini-blinds on campus?

A: Cleaning of mini-blinds in rooms throughout campus is cleaned on a yearly basis by Custodial Services. If you have a need please contact the supervisor over your building. Submit a request on the website form.

Q: #4. When do the outside windows on campus get washed?

A: Windows are cleaned annually or as needed (where feasible). If you have a request, please submit the online form or contact the Custodial Department.

Q: #5. Can I request my floors to be done?

A: Requests for carpet cleaning and special floor service can be made by email or website request form on-line.
