Bill Hurst, Minor Project Manager

Bill Hurst, Minor Project ManagerBill Hurst has been at University Facilities for 2 years. His primary function is project management, giving him responsibility for minor construction, renovation, and upgrades of buildings and support systems. Bill's previous experience includes project management and design in the textile industry, with a focus in air filtration and material conveying. He's a lifelong resident of Clemson.

Allen Lohmann, Minor Project Manager

Allen Lohmann, Minor Project ManagerWith 14 years under his belt with Facilities, most of that time as a Minor Project Manager, Allen brings to the table a strong educational background in architecture and a passion for his job. He enjoys integrating the aesthetic aspects and practical maintainability of a facility, with the goal of ensuring that clientele work and learn within pleasing and comfortable surroundings. Minor projects that he's responsible for can vary from painting a room to renovating an entire building floor. Allen also helps in maintaining the historicity of our facilities and enforcing compliance with applicable building codes and regulations, promoting safety for customer and the environment alike.

Sandra McCurry, Minor Project Manager

Sandra McCurry, Minor Project ManagerSandra came to Facilities in 1989 and has accumulated over 25 years of experience in Architectural Drafting (AutoCAD, board drafting), Design and Construction. As a Minor Project Manager, her responsibilities include maintaining the University Carpet Condition Inventory, managing projects involving carpet replacement and painting, and projects that deal with classroom furniture replacement.

Roger Wiggins, Minor Project Manager

Roger Wiggins, Minor Project ManagerRoger graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Building Science in 1984. As our newest Minor Project Manager, he started working at Clemson in October of 2005. His primarily responsibility revolves around the planning, estimating, and management of Planned Projects. .
