Xiuping Jiang - Assistant Professor, Ph.D., ( University of Maryland ).  Primary teaching responsibilities include food and dairy microbiology (MICRO 407).  Research interests are food microbiology and food safety. Area of study includes the control and source of food pathogens, biosafety.
