Dear Prospective Student: The Art, Science and Nutrition of food is a part of everyone's daily life that many take for granted. Most consumers seldom think of the vast array of foods and the research and development that is responsible for the delivery of these pleasing, tasty, nutritious, safe and convenient foods that meet our dietary needs. Our faculty have made a personal commitment to engage our students with the best educational experience possible. Our students experience a journey that includes creative activities, one on one interactions with faculty and practical experiences with an emphasis on how to communicate effectively in your profession.
