Region 1 counties- Beaufort, Berkeley, Charleston, Colleton, Dorchester, Hampton, Jasper. Region 2 counties- Allendale, Bamberg, Barnwell, Calhoun, Orangeburg, Richland. Region 3 counties- Aiken, Edgefield, Greenwood, Lexington, McCormick, Newberry, Saluda . Region 4 counties- Abbeville, Anderson, Greenville, Laurens, Pickens, Oconee.
