2012 Caring for the Caregiver Conference Maximizing Your Resources, Capitalizing on Your Strengths September 11 - 13, 2012 Charleston, WV

Registration for
Caregivers & Students

The conference registration cost for caregivers and students is $50.00 if you register by xx/xx/2012, and $75.00 after xx/xx/2012. A limited onsite registration will be held on Sept. 29 only.

The registration fee includes:

• conference materials;
• Sept. 11 - reception;
• Sept. 12 - breakfast & lunch (dinner on your own); and
• Sept. 13 - breakfast.

Note: You will be given tickets for breakfast on Sept. 12 & 13 and for lunch on Sept. 12.

You must fill out and send in a registration form, even if you receive a scholarship. You can access the registration form online.
