The conference will be held at the Charleston Marriott Town Center. A block of rooms has been set aside for conference participants. Lodging reservations must be made by Friday, August 24, 2012.

You can make your reservations online or by calling 1-(800) 228-9290, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Either way, enter or mention the conference group code, CCC. You need to mention the conference group code in order to receive the room rate of $119.00.

Room rates are $119.00 per night, with a 6% sales tax ($7.14) and a 6% occupancy tax ($7.14) for a grand total of $133.28. Guests with disabilities should inform the hotel of this fact when making a reservation.

Additional Information

• Free shuttle service from Charleston's Yeager Airport (CRW) to the hotel is available. Free shuttle from the hotel back to the airport is also available. Airport shuttles run beginning at 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and run every 30 minutes on the hour and the half hour.
• For cab service, call C&H Taxi at (304) 344-4902.
• If you need to FedEx packages to the hotel prior to the conference dates, please send them a reasonable time before the event. Storage space at the hotel is limited. Include your name and the name of the event on the packaging.
