AWARDS AND RECOGNITION

DID YOU KNOW: Of the 39 National Scholars attending Clemson Univeristy 10 are students of the Department of Genetics and Biochemistry.

UNDERGRADUATE RESEARCH PRESENTATIONS

At the end of each semester, undergraduate students completing their required research projects are required to present their results to the Departmental faculty and staff, graduate students, and other undergraduates. The presentations are held on the afternoon of the last Friday of the semester (before final exam week).

GRADUATE STUDENT ORIENTATION

To get our new graduate students from the "back of the room" to either the front of the room teaching, or in the front of the lab doing cutting edge research, we hold a week-long orientation process to introduce all new Teaching Assistants and Research Assistants to our employees, facilities and policies.
