Senior Ross Beppler’s education has made the connection between electrical engineering and public policy.

Senior electrical engineering major Ross Beppler has been a math and science guy for as long as he can remember, even as a kid when he traveled to Clemson to attend a soccer camp on campus.

Scoring goals has gotten a bit more complicated since the Johns Creek, Ga., native traded in his cleats for a computer workstation. But Beppler’s opportunities have expanded exponentially in the years since that first visit to campus.

Now, he’s headed toward a successful career in energy sciences and public policy and pursuing grad schools including MIT, Stanford and Carnegie Mellon universities.
