Who is Dr. Pruitt?

Rosanne Pruitt is a professor in the School of Nursing. Her research interests include health promotion and policy evaluation, and her clinical specialties are community health nursing and primary care. She served as the director of the School of Nursing and as associate dean of the College of Health, Education, and Human Development for ten years before rotating back to her current full faculty position in 2014.

How Dr. Pruitt’s research is transforming health care

Rosanne is transforming health care through her research and collaboration with Clemson University’s Sullivan Center and the Best Chance Network. The Best Chance Network aims to reduce mortality from breast and cervical cancer among medically underserved women in South Carolina.
