Pamela J. Dunston is an associate professor of literacy education in the Eugene T. Moore School of Education at Clemson University where she teaches graduate and undergraduate courses. Her research focuses on struggling readers, digital literacy, and adolescent literacy and reading motivation. Her work has been published in scholarly journals including Reading Research Quarterly, The Reading Teacher, Journal of Adolescent and Adult Literacy, Reading Research and Instruction, and Mathematics Teaching in the Middle School. Dr. Dunston is an active member of American Educational Research Association (AERA), Association of Literacy Educators and Researchers (ALER), International Reading Association, (IRA), and Literacy Research Association (LRA). Dr. Dunston is the lead editor of the Literacy Research Association Yearbook.
